Greetings THMS Families,
      I encourage you to take a few moments to explore our website and familiarize yourself with all the information available.
     Considering the current economic concerns, we made a pledge to "Go Green" and we will utilize our ability to share information electronically through our website, as opposed to sending out a lot of mailings.  In addition, our Turtle Hook Families will continue to receive "School Messenger" telephone messages informing you of important events.
    Here are some important dates and information to note for the month of January:
    Jan. 9: Dialogue with Administration and PTA Meeting --7PM
    Jan. 16: Dr. Martin Luther King Day Observance: School Closed
    Jan. 19: "Ryan's Story": Anti-bully Assembly; Program repeated at 7PM for parents--babysitting            available.
    Jan. 25 & 26: THMS Spelling Bee
    Jan. 26: District-wide Financial Literacy Day
    Jan. 27: End of 2nd Secondary Marking Period
       Welcome 2012!  Let's work together to continue bringing the best to our students at THMS.  If your child attends Learning Academy, please make sure to note the dates and times on your calendar.  Encourage your child to take advantage of the many resources at THMS.  
      The THMS Building Administration, Ms. Jones, Mrs. Ritter, and I, are all available to assist.
